With studios at both Wildhive Callow Hall and Sally Montague, Barre teacher and professional musician Erin Cooper Gay runs weekly classes and private sessions, as well as sessions exclusively for guests at Wildhive.
Get inspired and motivated to move in a creative, fun and relaxed environment, with focus on good technique and a deeper connection with your body’s own rhythm.

What is Barre?

A full-body workout technique, Barre unites the grace and discipline of ballet, precision of Pilates, the power of strength conditioning and the alignment of yoga. The perfect way to build muscle while increasing your flexibility and mobility, with no dance experienced needed. You get a challenging strength and endurance workout regardless of fitness level or experience as adaptations are given to suit everyone’s abilities.
